He has been instrumental in establishing strategic relationships worldwide with the help of a core professional management team and over 400 dedicated employees.

Mohit Rao, the Executive Director of Panamax Infotech, heads all the operational, business integration and business development activities of the company. He counsels the management on operational effectiveness and related strategic issues. He has gained an exceptional experience of more than 25 years across Telecommunications and IT domains after completing his B.E. Computer Science.

Siddharth Shah, the Chief Financial Officer at Panamax Infotech, is responsible for the company's financial strategies, planning, and operations in addition to directing key corporate finance initiatives. He has over 30 years of experience as a certified Chartered Accountant. A veteran of the telecom industry, he also worked in the capacity of a finance as well as operations executive for start-ups and established organizations. He also works as an independent financial advisor specializing in asset valuations, capital structures, mergers, and acquisitions.

Priyanka Brahmbhatt is the Executive Director at Panamax Inc. She has been responsible for various roles in her career including carrier executive, product strategist, and lead technology PR executive. At Panamax, she is responsible for guiding and mentoring the team as well as overseeing the operations of the company.
Priyanka has been a part of the Forbes Council since 2018 in NYC. She was elected for Forbes 30 under 30 2020 and has already been nominated for 2021. She has served as a UNSDG program panelist and is currently a UN Youth delegate since 2019 to present advocating for climate change, women in tech, mental health awareness, and socio-economic empowerment of the marginalized.

Mr. Jay Jayasimha is the Chief Technology Officer at Panamax Inc. He has an experience of over 30 years in the US and international markets. Jay plays a comprehensive leadership role in the technology vertical and mentors the current executive leadership team. He determines goals and guides teams to achieve them, thus driving revenue and EBITDA.

Jay is an expert in areas of IP-based real time communications, SDN, NFV, cloud orchestration, IoT, FinTech, next generation networking services, switching and mobile technologies. He holds multiple patents to his credit and is a highly regarded speaker within the Telecom and Tech industries.

Manoj Jain is the Chief Marketing Officer at Panamax Infotech. He is actively involved in streamlining company operations and also oversees the design and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures. Manoj is responsible for implementing policies to promote the company culture and vision. He has a rich experience of over 18 years in brand management, and guides the marketing and product management teams at Panamax Infotech.

Keshav Pandya is the Chief Operating Officer at Panamax Inc. He has a rich experience of over 12 years and a proven track record of innovating and deploying products and services for telecom operators and fintech firms. As the COO at Panamax, Keshav leads the technology business as well as the blockchain-based derivatives and crypto trading exchange to achieve the projected outlook. He also manages the integration of manpower resources across the vertical, handles the day-to-day operational needs and drives efficiency into the operational processes.

Mark Hatam is the Chief Product Officer at Panamax Inc. with over 20 years of experience in product management, specifically handling business & network optimization solutions. At Panamax, Mark leads the BSS, NSS and MFS solution teams and innovates the products and services.

Mark has worked as part of the senior management team at Telarix, Verizon and Bell Atlantic to handle system integration, back-office automation, business intelligence and network optimization. He is an esteemed member of the Global Business Exchange for Telecom that aims to adopt electronic exchange principals for international wholesale commercial, operational and financial transactions and foster collaboration amongst carriers using best practices and transformational solutions.

Mr. Parag Agarwal is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Panamax Inc. He brings on board a strong reach of CXO network in telecom, MNO, MVNO and financial institutions across various geographies. Parag’s rich experience and proven track record as a seasoned sales professional plays an instrumental role in expanding the sales reach of Panamax.

Parag is responsible for driving the global sales of our Telecom and MFS product and solution offerings. He is set to meet and exceed regional as well as global sales milestones of revenues & EBITA arenas. As a CSO of our technology business, Parag leads and drives global sales, pre-sales and overall sales operations.
