Deployed an integrated automated billing and switching solution for Etisalat

 

Panamax Inc. tailored a solution for Etisalat by integrating automated and near to real-time rating, routing, billing & invoicing and switching into a single package. The client used class 4 switches for VoIP international calls, however, CDR download and calculations for billing, rating, and routing was a manual process. Our solution changed all this. The client now has a centrally managed Switch/Gateway with a user-friendly iMax Administrative portal, can easily manage Prepaid/Postpaid customers with BillCall BI Tools and extract standard analytical reports in near to real-time.
